2nd North Cyprus Estate Fair was opened  by Cemal Bulutoğluları, the mayor of Nicosia Turkish Municipality on 23rd October 2008. Hasan Sungur,the chairman of  the Cyprus Turkish  Estate Dealer Union,  the representatives of estate secor, and citiziens attended that opening ceremony organized by the FAIREX  Fair Campany.

Cemal Bulutoğluları, the mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality, who gave a speech before the opening ceremony, said that the participation  of representatives of estate sector was not sufficient and he also mentioned that the global economic crisis was the initial reason for that.

Denoting that the global economic crisis affected T.R.N.C. as well, the Mayor Cemal Bulutoğluları asked from the government to deal with this issue. Cemal Bulutoğluları denoted that he had hope for organizing fairs which have higher qualities than even those in the European Union and he thanked everyone who organized the fair. The Mayor Cemal Bulutoğluları also added that the quality of service was increased through the fairs. 

Emhasizing that there is a huge estate potential in the T.R.N.C., the chairman of  the Cyprus Turkish Estate Dealer Union Hasan Sungur thanked FAIREX Fair Campany who organized this fair.  Sungur wished for organizing bigger fairs in the future. Mentioning that the estate sector was also affected by this global economic crisis, Oktay Sadıkoğlu, the Board Chairman of FAIREX Fair Campany, said that the main aim of this fair is to be able to show that there are valuable investments in TRNC. Sadıkoğlu thanked the Nicosia Turkish Municipality and  Cemal Bulutoğluları who always makes contributions to the fair field.
