Boris Johnson, who was elected as the Mayor of London Municipality last May, sent a letter to the Mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality, Cemal Bulutoğluları. In his letter, Johnson indicated that he is very happy from the invitation of Mr. Bulutoğluları to him for visiting Nicosia and he uttered that he wishes he visit Nicosia one day.

 Stating that he got many invitations after elections, Johnson said that it is not possible for him to answer all summons.

He continued his letter by making additions in hand-writing and showed the importance that he gives to Mr. Cemal Bulutoğluları.

 Bulutoğluları: “The importance of the NTM was seen once again”

  The Mayor of the NTM, Cemal Bulutoğluları, made an evaluation and stated that through recognized identity of the NTM, many institutions from Europe and the world are in contact with the NTM. And he underlined that, this is an important factor in rising the voice of Turkish Cypriots to the world. 

  Reminding that he sent a celebration card to the Mayor of the London Municipality and invited him to Nicosia, Cemal Bulutoğluları said that especially after the visit of the Mayor of the Munich Municipality to the NTM, the worries of the mayors of biggest cities of the world for coming to T.R.N.C were removed. The Mayor also indicated that the works for bringing the mayors of the most important cities of the world to Nicosia in coming period continues nonstop.
