The Nicosia Turkish
Municipality signed a tender agreement for the
alteration of the 20th July Science Highschool
and Cyprus Turkish Society for the Protection of
the Children building. The Mayor of the NTM,
Cemal Bulutoğluları and Yakup Tel from TEL-ZA
Construction Ltd. signed the tender agreement at
the signing ceremony which was implemented in
the Town Hall.
Bulutoğluları: We
are spending above 50% not 15%
The Mayor
Bulutoğluları indicated that the alteration
works for the school are contuning. Highlighting
that it is neccesary to use 15% of the money
which is collected from the property tax, the
Mayor Bulutoğluları denoted that the NTM is
making this expense above 50% not 15 %.
Bulutoğluları connoted that 300 thousand TL will
be spent for the alteration of 20th July
Science Highschool and Cyprus Turkish Society
for the Protection of the Children building and
stated that the aim of this alteration is
providing education in hygenic and safe
buildings. Bulutoğluları thanked TEL-ZA
Construction Ltd. which gave the lowest price
and won the tender and asked the authorities of
the company to complete the project quickly.
Güralp gave
technical data
The Head of
Projects Department of the NTM Ali Güral stated
that the buildings of 20th July Science
Highschool and Cyprus Turkish Society for the
Protection of the Children are very old. Güralp
connoted that the project of old toilets of 20th
July Science Highschool were designed and that
it will be completed within 45 days. Güralp
also denoted that Cyprus Turkish Society for the
Protection of the Children building is very old
too and added that the inside and outside of
this building will be reconditioned as well.
Tel: We give
importance to school buildings
Representative of
the Tel-Za Construction Ltd.Yakup Tel thanked
NTM for choosing their company. Tel mentioned
that, as the company they give importance to
constructing school buildings, and they believe
that, it is vital to have healty and strong
school buildings. Tel also added that, it is
planned to complete the construction of the
buildings soon.
