Nicosia Turkish Municipality is continuing its traditional cleaning works for    schools which are within the boundaries of Nicosia before the beginning of the academic year. The teams of the Cleaning Department of the NTM started to clean the schools in Nicosia, because 2011-2012 Academic year is starting soon.   Up to today, they finished the cleaning works of the nursery and primary schools. Within the context of the cleaning works, all weeds were trimmed and all trees were pruned. After they finished the cleaning works at Primary Schools on Thursday, they will start in Secondary Schools.

Bulutoğluları: “We are very sensitive about the cleanliness of the education environment”

The Mayor of the NTM Cemal Bulutoğluları stated that as the Municipality they are involved closely with the cleaning of the schools in the city and as every year, they will fulfill their responsibilities.

Mayor Bulutoğluları highlighted that it is very important to have a clean educational environment as well as to have clean streets. Bulutoğluları denoted that as the NTM they have completed the cleaning of 19 nursery and primary schools and the cleaning of the secondary schools still continues. The Mayor Bulutoğluları wished a successful academic semester and emphasized that as the Municipality they will keep supporting the schools.
